Key Duties / Responsibilities 主要职责：
● To assist in reviewing current procurement policy and procedures to update and recommend revisions to ensure that procurement team members are performed legally, efficiently, professionally and with the highest ethical standards. ● Development and management of OU procurement plans. Support the development o

● Lead the management of contracting process to design and/or review commercial contracts to ensure OU interests are protected. ● To develop negotiation strategies for key products and rvices and lead or participate in negotiation process for the relevant products. Make recommendations in regards to supplier lection, development and performance in support of the plants. 制定主要产品及服务的谈判战略，领导/参与相关产品的供应商谈判，并在供应商选择、营运单位表现分析上给出指导意见。
● Maintain awareness of relevant industry and technological trends for key strategic items and utilize knowledge for procurement decisions/strategy development.
