涯怎么组词The Adventure Series CONTINUES.Won’t you join Chris Matthews, Parker and a great cast including some of the usual suspects as we commence another amazing Adventure to ride from Sea to Shining Sea across the Northern Tier of the USA.  Our initial year will follow some rious American history in t
he footsteps of Lewis and Clark and the Corps of Discovery as well as Chief Joph and his band of Nez Perce.  Subquent years will continue the return trek of Lewis and Clark towards the Mississippi and then across the rest of the country to the east coast along a route to be determined east of the Mississippi.  We have ridden across the USA on the Southern Tier, the Pacific Coast and up the Mississippi River.  This ride will tie many of our routes together. OVERVIEW毁家纾难
Year one will e us ride from Astoria, OR along the grandeur of the Columbia River into Washington state and then over Lolo Pass into Montana.  We will have extra time in the Columbia River Gorge for riders to explore the many spectacular waterfalls.  We will also get to experience the wheat fields and wine regions of SE Washington state as well as the spectacularly beautiful Clearwater River valley across Idaho.

We will arrange transportation from Portland on September 10, 2016 and we will finish up in Missoula, MT on Friday, 9/23 so you can arrange flights home on Saturday from Missoula.  Advance reading materials for this first leg should include one or both of the stories about the Corps of Discovery: Undaunted Courage – Steven Ambro; The Journals of Lewis and Clark – Meriwether Lewis.  There are also veral books on the Nez Perce as well, but I would recommend The Dying Grass and I Will Fight No More Forever.
IF YOU REGISTER FOR THE FIRST YEAR, IT SHOULD BE WITH THE INTENT OF COMPLETING AS MANY OF THE FOLLOIWING YEARS AS POSSIBLE. Tho who register for this initial year will be given first right of refusal to register for year two and onward to the east coast.  This total adventure will likely take five years to complete.  All of tho who have ridden the RAA in 2008-2010 can share so many great memories of that epic ride.  Throughout this ries, we will do everything we can to average 65 safe miles a day and will stay in comfortable lodging in every possible location.
LEVEL OF DIFFICULTY This tour is rated as intermediate and we will ride an average of 55 miles per day with one day of 92 miles. Several days have moderate to steep climbing and we will only have one mountain pass, Lolo Pass, to climb. The total elevation gain for the tour will be 33,300 feet.
WEATHER September is typically dry and very pleasant in the Northwest with blue skies and sunshine.
LODGING We will stay in very nice hotels and motels along our route and most of them will include
breakfast. There will be two very special lodges where we will stay: The River Dance Lodge and The Lochsa Lodge.
