摘要：PURPOSE:To obtain the rice-hulling and screening device which has high durability and vibrates less. CONSTITUTION:The oscillation screening device constituted by fixing a stationary rubber roll 2 to a stationary revolving shaft 1, fixing a moving rubber roll 4 to a movable revolving shaft 3 provided in the position diagonally below the stationary revolving shaft 1, constituting the moving rubber 4 in such a manner that this roll can move freely in the direction connecting the stationary revolving shaft 1 and the movable revolving shaft 3, energizing this roll by means of a spring 7 so as to bring the roll into elastic contact with the stationary rubber roll 2 at all times, tting the circumferential speed of the stationary rubber roll 2 higher than the circumferential speed of the movable rubber roll 4 and having a square- shaped oscillation screening plate 9 in the position below the rubber roll is provided. The screening plate 9 is high on a supply side H on one side of the front and rear sides thereof and is low on a discharge side L on the other side of the front and rear sides. The inclination angles of the left side X and the right side Y are freely adjustable. Projections 12 higher on the left side X overall are formed on the surface of this plate. A hulled rice take-out port 13 is formed on the left side X on the discharge side L of the screening plate 9 and a hulled rice take-out port 14 is provided on the right side Y of the discharge side L.
