ABAQUS中螺纹啮合的建模
1.启动ABAQUS
不敢想你2.画螺旋线(part模块)
Create part→name:helix;modeling space:3D;type:deformable;shape:solid;type:revolution;approximate size:100→continue→进入草图画出下图所示的梯形截面,左端直线最低点的坐标为(37,0)→done→angle:7200(20圈);include translation,pitch:3(螺距3mm)→OK
3.画外螺纹
大堂副理Create part→name:cylinder1;modeling space:3D;type:deformable;shape:solid,type:extrusion;approximate size:100→continue→画半径为37的圆→done→depth:100→OK
远程连接打印机进入asmbly模块→instance part→选中cylinder1和helix→OK
调整位置:rotate instance→选择cylinder1→done→回车→输入(1,0,0)→回车→angle of rotation:90→回车→OK
将螺旋线下移与圆柱平齐:translate instance→选取helix→done→start point(0,0,0)→回车→end point(0,-2.25,0)→回车→OK
合并生成一个part:merge/cut instances→name:external thread→continue→全选→done
细胞干重>华佗怎么死的
切成中空:回到part模块→选择external thread→create cut:extrude→选取上端面→选取外圆线→进入草图画半径为31的圆→done→type:through all→OK

4.画内螺纹
Create part→name:cylinder2;modeling space:3D;type:deformable;shape:solid,type:extrusion;approximate size:100→continue→画R=44.5,r=37圆环→done→depth:100→OK
将外螺纹隐藏:在模型树中asmbly中的instances找到external thread-1→右键单击→选择suppress(若需要恢复选择resume)
instance part→选中cylinder2和helix→OK
调整位置:将cylinder2绕X轴旋转90°:rotate instance→选择cylinder2→done→回车→输入(1,0,0)→回车→angle of rotation:90→回车→OK
茄拼音将螺旋线下移与圆筒平齐:translate instance→选取helix→done→start point(0,0,0)→回车→end point(0,-2.25,0)→回车→OK
合并生成一个part:merge/cut instances→name:internal thread;operations:cut geometry;options:delete→continue→全选→done
5.创建一半内外螺纹
先创建一个长方体:create part →name:cube;modeling space:3D;type:deformable;shape:solid,type:extrusion;approximate size:200→continue→起点(-100,-100)终点(100,100)→done→depth:100→OK
将外螺纹去掉一半:进入asmbly模块→将内螺纹隐藏→instance part→选取cube和external thread→OK→merge/cut instances→name:half external thread;operations:cut geometry;options:delete→continue→先选取external thread再选取cube→done
用同样的方法得到一半内螺纹
6.创建四分之一内外螺纹
仿照创建一半内外螺纹的方法,将得到的一半内外螺纹绕Y轴旋转90°,再用tube切去四分之一,形成四分之一内外螺纹
7.将两个四分之一内外螺纹啮合
孩子上课总是走神
Asmbly→instance part→选取两个四分之一内外螺纹→OK→得到啮合的螺纹
