摘要：A culture apparatus provided with a culture container (1), wherein the culture container compris: a container body (11) enclosing a clod space (110) therein; a scaffold (123) for holding cells in the clod space; a scaffold fixation device (12) for fixing the scaffold; an injection port (13), which is provided at the center of the bottom face of the container body, for injecting a medium into the clod space; a discharge port (14), which is provided in the upper part of the container body, for discharging the medium from the clod space; a diaphram (15), which is provided on the top face of the container body, for increasing and reducing pressure in the clod space through vertical vibration; and a rectifying member (16), which is provided above the injection port, for flowing the injected medium toward the circumferential ction of the clod space.
