摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image capturing device capable of providing good optical performance with a small number of lens components.SOLUTION: A lens component is defined as a lens having just two surfaces, an object-side surface and image-side surface, expod to air in a path of light contributing to image formation, or an effective light path. An image capturing device compris; an imaging optical system comprising two lens components, an object-side lens component L1 and image-side lens component L2, in order from the object side to the image side; and an image capturing unit dispod on the image side of the imaging optical system and provided with a concavely curved image capturing surface I on the object side. A most object-side surface of the object-side lens component has a concave portion that is concave in a meridional direction at least in an off-axis effective area on the object side, and a most image-side surface of the image-side lens component is a curved surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
