摘要：An object detecting unit 23 detects an object of interest from within the frames of video acquired from an image capturing unit 10. A motion vector detecting unit 25 detects motion vectors of the object between frames of the video. A cutout position
determining unit 27 determines a cutout position for cutting out an image of a given size from each of the frames of the acquired video. The cutout position determining unit 27 determines an object cutout position as shifted according to a composite vector obtained by combining a motion vector of the object with a correction vector for canceling a blur caud by movement applied to the image capturing unit 10, and also determines a background cutout position as shifted according to the correction vector. An image combining unit 31 combines the image data of the object having been cut out from the object cutout position with the image data of a background having been cut out from the background cutout position and excluding the object.
