摘要：PURPOSE:To enhance the dimensional accuracy and prevent the residual stress from developing at the corners of a functional part by a method wherein the functional part and a board are fixed with each other by bonding with resin layers and at the same time the resin layers are arranged along the peripheral part of a cutout in such a manner as to have L-shape and inverted L-shape alternately with respect to the cross ction of the board. CONSTITUTION:In order to fix a synthetic resin functional part 2 to the peripheral part of a cutout by bonding, a gap exceeding 0.2mm is given between a core II and the cutout to be filled with resin so as to form resin layers having L-shape in cross ction with the thickness of 0.2-5mm and the width of 0.2-10mm of a character L on one side of a board 1 in order to fix the functional part and the board by bonding with the resin layers filled in the gap. At the same time, said resin layers are arranged along the peripheral part of the cutout in such a manner as to have L-shape and inverted L-shape alternately with respect to the cross ction of the board. The combination of L-shape and inverted L-shape is employed in one pair at minimum. A practical combination, at which the working of a mold is easy, in such a ca that the cutout is rectangular and the functional part is to be fixed at one side of the cutout, is to adopt L-shape at one side opposite to the functional part and inverted L-shape at the other opposite sides.
