摘要：PURPOSE:To obtain a coil which has a highly accurate molding diameter and hardly developes a cracking caud by a temperature change by a method wherein a sheet who main component is epoxy resin is wound on the surface of the coil and heated. CONSTITUTION:A sheet 11 compod of 100 parts of denatured bisphenol A-type epoxy resin to which 2-10 parts of dicyandiazide as a hardener and a high biscosity agent are added or 100 parts of denatured bisphenol A-type epoxy resin to which 2-8 parts of ethylmethylimidazol as a hardener and a high biscosity agent are added. The sheet 11 is wound on the surface of a coil 3. A proportional electromagnetic valve on which the sheet 11 is applied is put into a heating furnace and heated at 80 deg.C for 1hr as the primary curing to soften the sheet. Air, fine bubbles and the like in the coil are discharged out of the coil in the primary curing process. The coil is again heated at 150 deg.C for 1hr as the condary curing to harden the sheet and make the sheet adhere to the coil surface. With this constitution, a molded coil which has no air bubble in the resin and has a smooth surface and does not have a am of the resin can be obtained.混淆
