On October 27th 2013, New Mondeo was successfully launched in Jiuzhaigou, Sichuan province, and its debut received tremendous attention and compliments. We believe that this new Ford memb
er will bring CAF family more energy to drive its strong performance this year.
We are glad to e CAF’s robust performance in Sep. – Oct. with each nameplate’s order reaching the highest compared to the same period in previous years. This outstanding achievement in the off ason gives the dealers and us more confidence that we could reach higher in September and October. In the meanwhile, we hope that dealers can improve the show room guest visiting procedure further and increa customer satisfaction in the sales, which could finally contribute to its better performance during the tradition peak ason September and October.

• All models from CAF are popular, we should ll every model together and go further. Advance-Together Award is t up to promote cross carline retail’s achievement.
• Increasing the class of cross carline and encourage the Top dealers in retail; Rai retail target achievement difficulty and adjust factor to encourage the Top dealers in achievement rate.

The w/s achievement is the precondition to be eligible. Separate dealers into different levels by total retail from September ~ October. Basic bonus is differed by level, and only appointed models can get bonus. Final bonus is bad on basic bonus and all models retail achievement from September-October. • The appointed models include: B299 MCA, C307, CD345, and CD340.
• When dealers achieve 100% Cross Car Line W/S target from September to October, they can get paid by this bonus.

We will evaluate the bonus basing on the retail and achievement in September and deliver it by early October,
At the beginning of November, we will deliver the bonus for each dealer basing on the retail and achievement in September and October bimonthly. •

I n order to reduce the financial funding pressure of dealer stock, we will carry over stock interest fee subsidy for all models from September to October, New Fiesta will be RMB 455/unit(5D and 4D 1.5 Ambiente MT model exclusive), Classic Focus will be 585/unit, New Focus will be RMB450/unit, Mondeo Zhisheng will be RMB910/unit, Zhisheng will be RMB910/unit, and S-max will be RMB1, 040/unit, Hope all dealers have a better performance from September to October
The condition of stock interest fee still will be:
•To dealers who can finish monthly wholesale objective, the vehicle wholesaled that month can enjoy subsidy for floor plan.
• If dealer has made best efforts but eventually fail to finish current wholesale objective, while still achieve stock objective, we will also give that dealer floor plan subsidy.
