Seventypercentofpeopleinthepollwhoconsiderthemlves

liberalsand67percentofthemoderatesquestionedsaidtheywouldhand

outtreats,comparedwith55percentofconrvatives.

Ofthoadultswhochildrenwillnottrick-or-treatthisyear,

one-quartercitedsafetyworriesandaboutahalfsaidtheydonot

celebrateHalloween.
