Temperature/Voltage Margin Test Procedure
1.0 PURPOSE(目 的):
1.1The purpo of this document is to define a test methodology to
temperature and voltage margin a product. This test shall be ud
on all products during the development pha in order to determined the product temperature/voltage margins vi the product
specifications. The esnce of margin testing is to step stress the
unit under test to e where it stop working.
1.1 是用来定议温度与电压边际试验方法,这个试验是为了求得产品的温度、电压与规格之间的关系,是以逐步改变应力的方式,测试了解产品在什么温度时会没有输出。
2.0 SCOPE(范 围):
2.1 All shall follow the following this test procedure.
2.1对所有产品都须经过此测试。
3.0 SPECIFICATIONS (规格):
3.1E.U.T. engineering product Specification.
3.1 参照待测物的产品规格。
4.0 TEST EQUIPMENT (测试设备):
4.1Environmental chamber should be capable of sustaining constant temperatures of between -30 ℃. to 100 ℃. and of sustaining constant humidity of between 20% to 90% RH. The chamber must also have the capabilities to record both the temperature and the humidity vs. time.
4.1 恒温恒湿机须有能力提供 – 30℃ 到 100℃ 的温度,且湿度为 20% 到 90%,还须有能力记录温度、湿度与时间的关系。
4.2 AC power source (Voltage/Frequency Converter AC Variac).
4.2 AC电源供应器。
4.3 DC power source or adjustable system power source

NOTE: Water shall be distilled, de-mineralized or de-ionized with a PH
value between 6.0 and 7.2 at 23 ℃. The water shall have a minimum specific resistance of 150,000 ohm- centimeters.
备注: 测试机台所使用的水必须经过蒸馏, 去矿物质, 去离子等程序, 且其 PH 值在罗丹简介23 ℃ 时须介于什么口红牌子最好 6.0 ~ 7.2. 且其水阻值至少须达每立方公分梦断情殇 150,000 奥姆的最小需求.
5.0 EQUIPMENT UNDER TSET SET-UP (测试设备):
5.1 PRE-TEST CONDITION OF E.U.T.
5.1 待测物测试前的条件:
5.1.1The E.U.T. must tested in it's normal operating mode and be fully functionalprior to testing. Appropriate diagnostics must run without failure.
5.1.1 待测物须在正常操作下满载测试,且无损坏。
5.1.2The general condition of the E.U.T. must be noted in the test log for every check point shown in the test chart during the test.
5.1.2 待测物的一般条件须在试验中记录先前的测试值,以便测试后再检查。
6.0 TEST PROCEDURE (测试程序):
6.1 LOGIC TEST PROCEDURE

6.1.1Set the E.U.T. power supply output to the DC nominal Voltage EX: 5.0V.

functioning, or the chamber reaches a pre-terminal temperature.) Terminate this quence of temperature / Voltage adjustment and record the temperature and voltage readings.
6.1.3 设定恒温恒湿机到25℃,然后每次上升10℃ 达1 hr,直到产品损坏或至操作温度上限再停止电测,最后记录温度与电压的读值。
6.1.4 Ret the temperature to room ambient and verify that the unit under test is still functional.
6.1.4 温度重设至室温并确认样本在电测下无损坏。
6.1.5 If the system will not operate at this voltage level, to return the output voltage to nominal voltage to e if the system comes back to into operation.
6.1.5 如果系统不能操作在这个电压,则让输出回复至正常值再去看能否正常操作。
6.1.6 Return to Step 6.1 and proceed with the next voltage level.

7.0 TEST COMPLETION FUNCTIONAL TEST (完成试验后电测):

(AC voltage vi temperature)
7.1.1Set the input voltage to the E.U.T. to the nominal AC Voltage EX: 115.0V. Subquent pass, to adjust the nominal input voltage to 90V and 132V. For Subquent pass, Adjust the nominal input voltage to 90V and 132V. For 220V systems adjust the nominal input voltage to 180V and 264V.
7.1.1 设定待测物的输入电压到正常AC电压
例如: 115V→可调整为90~132V
220V→可调整为180~264V。
7.1.2 Run the E.U.T. either with an on line or with an off line diagnostic test.
