2PROCEDURE ELEMENTS要点：
2.1 PPE Selection选择：PPE’s assignments is a conquence of Risk’s Asssment

2.1.1 Eye and face protection should be required when the following hazards have been identified:
flying particulate, liquid or finely divided powdered chemicals, acid or caustic liquids, chemical gas or vapors. The areas should be clearly identified.
当有以下危险物质存在时，必须使⽤眼部保护设备：飞溅物，液体的或是有细微粉末状的化学品，酸性或碱性液体，化学性的⽓体或是蒸汽。这些区域需清楚的识别出来。
2.1.2 Foot Protection is worn when working in areas where there is a danger of foot injuries due to
falling or rolling objects, or objects piercing the sole, and where employees’ feet are expod to electrical hazards.
在⼯作区域有坠落或是旋转的物体，或是⾜底有被刺穿的可能，或是触电危险等，能引起⾜部伤害的风险，应配置安全鞋。
2.1.3 Hand Protection is needed to protect against pinch points, temperature extremes, sharp objects,

2.1.6 Electrical Protective Equipment - In addition to the PPE that is worn by employees who are
expod to the hazards of electrical current, other types of PPE should be provided whenever
the employees are expod to energized or potentially energized circuits. This equipment may include, but is not limited to, blankets, matting, covers, line ho, gloves, and sleeves.

3INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE and STORAGE检查、维护与存放：
3.1 Personal Protective Equipment should always be inspected prior to, and after each u.
Inspections should include the integrity, cleanliness, and usability of the equipment.

3.2 PPE should always be stored in its natural position to prevent distortion of the equipment. Such
distortions could cau the equipment to fit improperly. PPE should be kept in a clean and sanitary location such as a locker or designated equipment storage room that is free from contact with contaminants.
个⼈防护⽤品应存放在通风的区域，防⽌变形。PPE应存放在清洁及卫⽣的地⽅，或是专⽤的房间内，防⽌PPE被污染。
4 TRAINING 培训
4.1 All personnel required to wear PPE shall receive initial training in the u of PPE. The
supervisor provide training to all employees new to the team, whenever new PPE items are introduced, and whenever refresher training is required. EHS team provides regular training to supervisors annually. Training includes the following:

4.2 PPE training may be done using a video, interactive CD or lecture prentation. Upon
