曲轴箱涂胶机的工艺要求和设备构成红色精神>牛虻为什么是禁书

为解决发动机曲轴箱与缸体接合面出现渗油问题，基于493发动机使用密封垫现状，在新产品4D30发动机曲轴箱与缸体接合处改用涂胶机喷涂厌氧胶，达到防渗漏目的。文章件主要介绍曲轴箱涂胶机的设备构成和在工艺上的要求，使在实际使用过程中更符合4D30产品要求。

Abstract： In order to solve the problem of oil leakage on the joint surface of engine crankca and cylinder block， bad on the prent situation of using gasket of engine 493， the new product of 4D30 engine crankca and cylinder block was sprayed with anaerobic adhesive by glue coating machine to achieve the purpo of anti-leakage. The paper mainly introduces the equipment structure and the technological requirements of the crankca coating machine， which makes it more in line with the requirements of 4D30 products in the actual u process.
