摘要：PURPOSE:To feed a hot wire at an optional constant rate by controlling a pull motor of a pre-feeder and a push motor of a push feeder at the constant speed and maintaining the ratio of torque of the push motor to that of the pull motor constant to control the speed of the push motor. CONSTITUTION:The rotating speeds of the pull motor 16 and the push motor 26 and detected respectively by speed detectors 17 and 27 and while speed feedback being executed to each motor driver, constant speed control is carried out. A motor current is detected from the pull motor and the push motor and the torque ratio can be calculated. This torque ratio is t at an optimum optional value in the feed rate range of the hot wire and the speed of the push motor 26 is controlled so that its ratio is maintained constant at all times. By this method, in the title push-pull feeder of hot wire TIG welding, the hot wire can be stably supplied with high accuracy with respect to variation of load up to the high speed from the super-low speed.
