体能标准在实际工作中我们可以通过以下步骤完成测试：
1、在控制面板21VU上，按压“GND CTL”按钮，确保其灯
亮；
2、在121VU面板上：
拔出跳开关DFDR 7TU，此时在ECAM上应出现信息
“RECORDER DFDR FAULT”；
加薪英文闭合跳开关DFDR 7TU，此时在ECAM上的信息“RECORDER DFDR FAULT”应消失；
3、在控制面板21VU上，再次按压“GND CTL”按钮，确保
其灯熄灭。
