HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENTAL (HSE) STATEMENT

The SECCO Project has a simply stated joint HSE MISSION:

“All SECCO家乡的名胜古迹 Project team members - SECCO, Contractors, Suppliers and Subcontractors – must be committed to safety at work - of persons, property and the environment - and believe that all injuries and incidents are preventable. We will work together as a single project team to deliver a project executed with attention to all aspects of workplace safety, industrial health and environmental responsibility. ZERO INCIDENTS is the project goal; achieving it will require awareness, training, focus on behaviors, and accountability by each individual.”

Our objective is to maintain a preventionbad program for Health, Safety, and Environmental Loss Prevention that results in this project(s) being recognized as exempl
ary - and each participating company as a leader - in the engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of a chemical facility. The foundation for this program is bad upon the principles and expectations of “no accidents”, “no harm to people” and “no damage to the environment”.

employee participation will result in the achievement of our goals as well as providing a safe workplace in which all project employees can take personal pride.

The following principles will guide the collective project Team in all project activities:

a. People are our most important ast.

b. All accidents and injuries are preventable.

c. Safety is everyone’s responsibility.

d. Management has the responsibility to train employees to work safely and to develop a "worksafe" culture.

This SITE HSE PLAN rves to document the Project-specific HSE procedures and polici
es which define how work will be performed. P.R.C and local authority Occupational Safety and Health regulatory procedures and policies are in no way negated by this document. Subcontractors are instructed that the “most stringent” policy or procedure should govern work activities.
