Part1：基础知识
关系词分为：关系代词、关系副词
关系代词：who, whom，which, that, who
关系副词：when, where, why
一、先行词在定语从句中做主语或宾语
1. Tho _____ not only learn from books but also through practice will succeed．
2. Do you know the man ______I nodded to just now?
3. Have you read the book was written by Anne Frank?
4. Have you read the book Anne Frank wrote?
①先行词为人，在定语从句中做主语或宾语, 用who, whom, that。
②先行词为物，在定语从句中作主语或宾语，用which, that。
二、先行词为表地点的名词
赤壁赋读后感1. ① The place _________ you visited during your holidays is my hometown.

② The place _____ you stayed for 3 years is my hometown.
注：如果先行词为point, situation, stage, condition, spot 和ca 等引导定语从句，且在句中不充当主语或宾语，表示“地步，阶段，境地”，关系词用where。

六、引导词为who时；

who+名词== the +n.+ of + which (指物)
the +n.+ of + whom (指人)
3.The old temple _______ roof was damaged in the storm is now under repair.

七、当引导词为：...+of + which/whom时；
1. I have many books, some of which are in English.
I have many books, and some of them are in English.
2. The man has two sons, both of whom are lawyers.

3. There are two buildings, the larger of ______ stands nearly a hundred feet high.
八、引导词为：介词+ which/whom

介词的选择：一看从句谓语动词的搭配，二看与先行词的搭配，三看从句的含义。

九、as, which引导的定语从句
1. _____ is known to everyone, the moon travels round the earth once every month.
2. Students have little time to read reference books, _____ is often the ca.
_____ is often the ca, students have little time to read reference books.
总结：下列情况下, 无论句子先行词在前或后,关系词为“as”, as有“正如”的意思。
① as is known/said/reported ② as sb e(s)/know(s) ③ as is often the ca ④as it turned out 注：① as 和which 引导非限制性定语从句时，都可指代整个句子的内容；which 也可代指部分内容；② as可放在句首、句中、句末; 而which放于主句后；③ as 有“正如…..正象…”的含义。
