N-乙酰半胱氨酸联合常规疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效观察

【摘要】目的观察N-乙酰半胱氨酸联合常规疗法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效。方法选取我院
2017年11月—2019年1月收治的70例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者，随机分为2组各35例。对照组予以常规疗法
治疗，观察组加用N-乙酰半胱氨酸治疗，比较2组临床疗效、肺功能、不良反应。结果观察组总有效率高于
对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；与治疗前相比,2组治疗7d后用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积

(FEVJ占预计值百分比(FEV,%)及FEV./FVC均升高，且观察组较对照组高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察
组不良反应总发生率略低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)o结论予以慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者N-乙
酰半胱氨酸联合常规疗法治疗的效果更好，可改善患者肺功能，副作用少，安全性高。堆词组

[Abstract]Objective To obrve the efficacy of N-acetylcysteine combined with routine therapy in treatment of
chronic obstructive pulmonary dia(COPD).Methods70patients with COPD in the hospital from November2017
to January2019were randomly divided into two groups,with35cas in each group.Control group was given routine
therapy,and obrvation group was treated with N-acetylcysteine bad on control group.The clinical efficacy,
pulmonary function and adver reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of
obrvation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05);Compared with before treatment,the forced vital
capacity(FVC),predictive value of forced expiratory volume in the first cond(FEVj and FE V i/FV C in two groups
after treatment for7d incread,and obrvation group was higher than control group(/V0.05);The total incidence of

adver reactions in obrvation group was slightly lower than that in control group,but the difierence was not statistically
significant(P>0.05).Conclusion N-acetylcysteine combined with routine therapy for COPD has better curative
effects,it can improve pulmonary function,increa curative effects,have less side effects and higher safety.
