1. Factory will forecast PO status one month in
advance and optimize production arragement,

monthly production plan in advance and control
overtime accordingly.
3. Factory HR team will audit workers time
cards to track workers' working hours;
4. Factory management will have a regular
meeting to review root caus of exessive
overtime and t up further improvement
