Abstract Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is the most common malignant tumor of children's blood system. Becau of the application of stratified diagnosis and treatment, immunotherapy and bone mar-row transplantation, the survival rate of children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia has signifi-cantly incread. Fusion gene is the common genetic abnormality in childhood with acute leuke-mia, which is of great significance in the occurrence, development, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of acute leukemia. This report summarizes some fusion genes in childhood with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and summarizes their clinical significance in the occurrence and devel-opment, assistant diagnosis, guiding treatment, efficacy evaluation and prognosis prediction of children with acute lymp
hoblastic leukemia.
