体操口号大全 This paper starts from investigating foreign countries’ divorce property division and points out the legislation defects of Chine divorce property division from two aspects which are the scope of community property of the spous and the effect of property division. At last, the paper propos some suggestions on introducing foreign experiences in order to realize further development of laws.
