摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent the development of cracking in a ceramic body having a complicated shape by inrting the whole body as internal chill with metal after partially inrting the deformed part in the ceramic body as internal chill with the metal. CONSTITUTION:A bending part (deformed part) 1a in a pipe 1 made of the ceramic body is partially inrted as internal chill with the partial internal chilling layer 2 of metal. After that, the whole body is further inrted as forming the whole internal chilling layer 3 with the metal. For example, the ceramic pipe 1 is made of aluminum titanate and the partial internal chilling layer 2 together with the whole internal chilling layer 3 is made of aluminum alloy (JIS AC4C). By this method, stress concn. on the deformed part of ceramic body caud by solidified-shrinkage of the metal can be relieved as much as possible.防化指挥工程学院
