The Humanity of Jesus Christ
In this lesson we’ll be studying the human part of Jesus Christ.  The study of his Deity and his place in the Trinity is another study.  Of cour, we should be discussing primarily doctrine.  After all, the Bible says, “All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine…”  Now, it ems to be the style the days to spend hours and hours with a sort of “positive thinking” approach” to Bible study which carefully avoids any absolute truth.  This is unfortunate for the Bible believer who is given a book of absolute truth and of which Jesus Christ said, “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”  It is also very peculiar to this age, that we read that God has magnified His word above His name (Ps. 138:怎样喝普洱茶2 “I will worship toward thy holy temple, and prai thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.”)  Since the primary reason for the scriptures being written was to teach sound doctrine and since we read that in the last days “they will not endure sound doctrine,” 广东叉烧包it should not be surprising that the style the days is to teach on loving people and God’s miracles and having faith in God and getting along with each other and believing in God an
d trusting God, etc. while very little is actually taught on sound doctrine.
In this lesson we are taking up a discussion of Jesus Christ as subordinated to the Father.  In His relationship with God as a part of the Trinity, Jesus Christ is equal with God, but in his relationship with God as a human, He is subordinate to God.

The Bible is a well-rounded book and always gives both sides.  It not only teaches that Jesus Christ was God, the Godhead manifest in the flesh, but that He was man, the ed of the woman, born of the birgin Mary, of the ed of David.  Jesus Christ, to be the Saviour, had to be a complete man, a  god-man of the truest and most literal n; and becau this is so, the Bible is always very careful to state that it is so.  We could give many vers about Jesus Christ’s equality with God (being a part of the Trinity), but in this lesson, we will deal more specifically with the vers that teach His humanity—his esntial humanness:  that is, as a man on this earth where He took a position in subordination to the Father.

Now, in this lesson we come to a unique relationship, the relationship of the Son to the Father as a man born of a woman on this earth.  When Jesus    Christ became a man He volunteered to take a lower place, a place of humility and subordination to the Father God.  This, or cour, is what brings up the      confusion.  One the one hand we have a personw ho insists that Jesus Christ was just a man becau He was lower than God, so they reject the Deityu of Christ.  Then, we have the person who identify Jesus Christ with God entirely and forget that He was a man.  The Bible, contrary to popular belief and misconception, teaches both.  John 14:28 says, “Ye have heard how I said unto you, I go away, and come again unto you.  If ye loved me, you would rejoice, becau I said, I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I.”  Notice here that Jesus Christ, as a human, earthly man, is speaking of the eternal God.  Here Jesus Christ as a man in the felsh (John 14:28), with bones and blood, is speaking of god, and God is s Spirit.
The vers are often taught wrongly to prent a perversion of the true relationship between God the Father and Jesus Christ.  Some teach that since the Father is “greater than I” that one God is greater than the other God and the greater God created the lesr 北京王府井小吃街

dNow, as we have said in the studies many times before:  anybody can prove a lie by quoting scripture.  All you have to do is put a word in a ver that is not in the ver, or take a ver out of its context.  In the operation you can u scripture to teach a lie.  What an abomination it must be in the sight of go who gave the scriptures as words of truth and of which  Christ said in John 17;17, “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth,” and of which Christ said in John 15:3, “now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you.”  What a filthy thing it must be in God’s sight for people to pervert
the words of God to make them line up with their own beliefs.
In Hebrews 1:5 the “begetting” occurred when Jesus Christ was born into the world, and this is when Christ was begotten; certainly not before Genesis 1:1.  John 3:16 refers to Jesus as the only begotten  Son.    This was prophesied in psalm 2:7.  Now, does this begetting of the Son refer to the origin of the eternal God?  Of cour not!  Does this begetting of the Son refere to the orgin of the Lord Jesus Christ of the God head?  Of cour not!  Certainly not, for as god he was never born.  According to Isaiah 9:6 He always existed and was before all things.  The begetting of Psalm 2:7, contrary to what some might teach, refers to that which was transpiring in Luyke 1:35.  When the Holy  Ghost came unto the virgin Mary, the human  man, Jesus  Christ, was conceived (Luke 1:35) as a man in subordination to God the Father.
