摘要：PURPOSE: To perform a uniform adsorption of carbon dioxide gas from an entire surface of an inner box and improve a thermal insulating performance by a method wherein a thermal insulating box is formed of an inner box having a plurality of layers compod of an inner layer made of plastic material and an outer layer made of non-adhesive plastic material containing adsorbing powder for u in adsorbing carbon dioxide gas. CONSTITUTION: An inner box 6 is comprid of an inner layer 7 made of polypropylene and an outer layer and a non-adhesive outer layer 9 containing adsorbing powder 8 for adsorbing carbon dioxide gas and having foaming thermal insulating material. Foaming thermal insulating material 4 is filled between the inner box 6 and an outer box 3 to form a thermal insulating box 1. With such an arrangement, the adsorbing material powder 8 contained in the outer layer 9 caus carbon dioxide gas in the air bubbles of the foaming thermal insulating material 4 to pass through the non- adhesive surface of the outer layer 9 and then carbon dioxide gas is uniformly adsorbed from the cells in the foamed thermal insulating material 4. With such an arrangement as above, since the carbon dioxide gas can be uniformly adsorbed from the entire surface of the inner box 6, it is possible to improve a thermally insulating performance of the thermal insulation box 1.
