2 WORKING PRINCIPAL
欠条格式范本The transformer temperature controller（which is refered as temperature controller bellow）is consist of elastic component , capillary tube and temperature bulb. It is a aled system filled with temperature-nsing medium.When the measured temperature changes the volume of actuating medium in the temperature bulb will be changed along with linear graduation. This volume increment is transmitted by capillary tube so as to take a corresponding lineardisplacement. After magnifying the linear displacement by a special amplifier, the measured temperature can be indicated and switch on a micro switch to nd out a electric signal to power on or off the cooler system.
Like The BWY(WTYK)-803A temperature controllers, the BWY（WTYK）-802A temperature controller adopts the technology of complex transducing which can output the signal of Pt100 platinum thermal resistor simultaneously. This signal can be transmitted to a controller room more than hundreds of meters away. By the rics XMT digital display thermometer, the temperature of transformer will be displayed and adjusted
at the same time. The signal also can be translated to computer typical signal（0~5V 1~5V or 4~20mA）by a digital themometer.

4 INSTALLING & OPERATION INSTRUCTION
4.1 BWY（WTYK）-802, 803
1 PERSET THE SWITCH
The default values of two switches of WTYK-802 are：K1=55℃ K2=80℃ while the three of WTYK-803 are: K1=55℃ K2=65℃ K3=80℃. Following is how to pret the switch position when needed.
Open the cover of guage(refer as figure 4), loon the green screw, move the red indicative needle to new pret value and then screw the green screw. At last clo the guage cover.
