摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent the deformation on the surface side of an interior material, by forming a dovetail groove slit to a reinforcing member and entering ba member forming material into it under pr
essure in the formation of interior material by integrally combining a ba member comprising a composite member and the like of wooden powder and synthetic resin with a metallic reinforcing member. CONSTITUTION:A ba member 11 for an interior material of a vehicle is made by forming in a metal mold a mixed member of thermoplastic synthetic resin such as polypropylene and the like and wooden power covered by a surface member 10 such as non woven fabric, woven fabric and the like and the rear side of the ba member 11 is fixedly covered by an inrted metallic reinforcing member 12 such as an iron plate to be formed as a vehicle rear parcel and the like. In this ca, the reinforcing member 12 is formed with a dovetail groove slot 12b provided in its lengthwi direction. The reinforcing member is mounted by filling the receiving slot 12b with forming material of the ba member 11 under pressure. With such an arrangement, the deformation on the surface side of the interior material can be absorbed irrespective of the deformation of the ba member 11.
