幕布材质摘要：PURPOSE:To freely take up and pull out a wire by revolving a bobbin in one direction by the engaging projection of a rotary clutch plate in taking-up operation and freely revolving the bobbin by shifting a bobbin and a fixed clutch plate by the two stage pressing of a shaft rod in winding back operation. CONSTITUTION:When a lever 12 is turned in taking-up operation, a rotary clutch plate 9 is turned through an arm 10. Since the engaging projection 19 of the rotary clutch plate 9 is engaged with the engagement hole 20 of a bobbin 2, also the bobbin 2 is revolved. Though the engaging projection 16 of a fixed clutch plate 6 is fitted into the engagement hole 17 on the wall of the bobbin 2, the fixed clutch plate 6 is shifted downwardly and the bobbin 2 is revolved, since one side of the projection 16 is formed into an inclined surface 18, and the rever revolution is suppresd by the vertical surface engagement of the engaging projection 18. In the pulling-out operation, the bobbin 2 is relead from the rotary clutch plate 9 by the pressing of a shaft rod 7, and the fixed clutch plate 6 is shifted by the pressing, and relead from the bobbin 2, which can be turned freely.
