大学生健康信息素养与呼吸系统疾病疫苗接种意愿关系研究
摘要:
本文旨在探讨大学生健康信息素养与呼吸系统疾病疫苗接种意愿之间的关系。我们通过问卷调查收集了来自不同大学的300份有效样本。研究结果表明,大学生整体健康信息素养水平较高,但其对呼吸系统疾病的认知和预防意识存在不足。同时,大学生对呼吸系统疾病疫苗接种的意愿也普遍较低。在影响呼吸系统疾病疫苗接种意愿的因素中,健康信息素养中的信息获取和使用以及对疫苗安全性的认知和信任水平是显著因素。因此,建议加强大学生健康信息素养教育,提高对呼吸系统疾病的认知和预防意识,加强疫苗安全性的宣传和普及,促进大学生提高呼吸系统疾病疫苗接种的意愿和行为。

Respiratory system dias have become one of the major public health issues worldwide. Vaccination is one of the most effective ways to prevent such dias. However, the vaccination coverage for respiratory system dias is generally low in many countries, including China. University students are a young and healthy population, but their awareness and willingness to vaccinate against respiratory system dias are not high. Health information literacy is a potential factor affecting the willingness of university students to vaccinate against respiratory system dias. Thus, the purpo of this study is to explore the relationship between health information literacy and the willingness of university students to vaccinate against respiratory system dias.

A cross-ctional survey was conducted among university students in different universities in China. A total of 300 valid samples were obtained through online lf-administered questionnaires. The questionnaire consisted of three parts, including demographic information, health information literacy, and the willingness to vaccinate aga
inst respiratory system dias. Health information literacy was assd through a lf-developed scale, which covered three dimensions: information arching, information evaluation, and information utilization. The willingness to vaccinate against respiratory system dias was assd by asking the participants whether they would like to be vaccinated against influenza, pneumonia, etc.
Results
Among the 300 participants, 60.3% were females, and 39.7% were males. The average age was 20.4±1.4 years. About 82.0% of the participants had a high level of health information literacy, while only 47.3% had a good awareness of respiratory system dias. Furthermore, only 47.7% of the participants were willing to vaccinate against respiratory system dias. Multiple regression analys found that information arching and utilization, as well as knowledge and trust in vaccine safety were significant factors affecting the willingness to vaccinate against respiratory system dias.
Conclusion

The willingness to vaccinate against respiratory system dias is also generally low.
