FAN7380  Half-Bridge Gate Driver February 2007
The FAN7380 is a monolithic half-bridge gate drive IC for MOSFETs and IGBTs, which operate up to +600V. Fairchild’s high-voltage process and common-mode noi canceling technique give stable operation of high-side driver under high-dv/dt noi circumstances. An advanced level-shift circuit allows high-side gate driver
-9.8V (typical) for V BS=15V. The
input logic level is compatible with standard TTL-ries

Absolute Maximum Ratings
Stress exceeding the absolute maximum ratings may damage the device. The device may not function or be operable above the recommended operating conditions and stressing the parts to the levels is not recommended. In addition, extended exposure to stress above the recommended operating conditions may affect device reliability.The absolute maximum ratings are stress ratings only.
