摘要：Embodiments of the prent invention provide an apparatus for providing a signal. The apparatus has a first device having a plurality of switchable signal sources and a cond device having a plurality of switchable signal sources. In this ca, a change in an
output signal from the first device by the smallest possible level step at at least one output signal level requires switching by at least two of the switchable signal sources, while a change in an output signal from the cond device by the smallest possible level step requires switching by no more than one switchable signal source. In this ca, the apparatus is designed to provide the signal on the basis of the output signal from the first device and the output signal from the cond device.
