论秘书工作中的变通艺术
摘 要
秘书是领导者、主事者身边的综合辅助工作人员和公务服务人员。他们以辅助决策，综合协调，沟通信息，办文、办会、办事等为主要职能，是领导者、主事者的参谋和助手。秘书的职业特征决定了秘书工作的多面性、复杂性，秘书工作中有些可以循规蹈矩，而有些则需要变通。秘书有着“上传下达”的作用，本文拟从对上以及对外或者对下两个方面，其中对上主要讨论“劝谏”艺术，对下或者对外主要讨论“挡驾”艺术，结合实例论述秘书工作中的变通艺术。以古为镜、以人为镜，总结经验，让秘书更好树立灵活应变的思维，在具体实践中完善丰富，为秘书工作打下扎实的基础，真正做到“穷则变，变则通，通则久”。
