直接影响生物反应处理效果。但现有的固定化技术对材料的研究仍存在填料力学
性能与附载微生物性能不能兼备的问题。因此,复合载体因其可以通过多种改性手法使载体特性向研究需要的方向发展的特点,而成为目前众多学者所青睐的载体材料[1]。

摘要:本研究目的在于开发具有高弹性高强度性能更适宜于污水处理的低成本填料。通过聚乙烯醇
义胆忠肝(PVA )及海藻酸钠(SA )化学交联方法并进行改性制备高弹性高强度PVA/SA-(CS-PEG )-SiO 2互穿型球形水凝胶填料,
并研究反应物初始浓度、交联剂投加量以及交联后高聚物中官能团峰值变化,对PVA 凝胶球填料的弹性、
力学性能、压缩性能、溶胀性、孔径大小、成型情况等进行表征,结果表明:PVA ∶硼酸为5∶6时交联效果稳定,PVA 聚合度1788,PVA ∶SA 为1∶0.7时,最利于PVA/SA-IPN 网络形成;纳米SiO 2以明显的优势形成疏水表层,显著减小团聚现象,在与高聚物共混浓度比为A ∶0.3时,独特的缠结作用使网络结构增效,弹性性能提升0.91(M Pa ),力学性能增加了25.9%,并有效限制聚合物网络在水中的
扩展使溶胀性能稳定,增强填料使用寿命。红外光谱分析的结果显示:共价键,离子键及氢键是维持主体结构稳定及微孔网状结构的重要保证。
