Finally, I believe everybody who is good at English has a basic method. Before class, I always preview the lesson by repeating after the tapes and look up the new words in the dictionaries. English is a language rather than a subject like others. So

A family story
My uncle ud to be a nior engineer. He was educated in Russia long time ago. He did very good jobs. He would work in a factory, which was clo to his hometown in Hunan and he found one there. He worked there for more than 20 years. Everybody liked him. But, unfortunately, the factory went out of business recently. So, my uncle is out of employment now and he is not young anymore. Although he is very rious about everything at work and pays attention to the details, he cannot find a job becau of his age. Now, he just stays at home taking after his grandchildren. He still has influence upon tho kids. He teaches them lots of things he learnt in Russia. It looks like that he is fine although he complains that he cannot work as an engineer any more.
My ideal parents
I would like to have ideal parents. I think they should understand me and don't bother my life. Second they should give me enough freedom to let me grow naturally and happily. Third they should be my best friends and would like to listen to me anytime. Fourth they had better share their happiness and sorrow with me . Finally they should keep up with the pace of society and care about the recent fashin and current things. In that ca we can have a lot in common and would like to talk anything as we like.
My mother
I have a great mother. She cares much about me in my life and study. In the morning, she gets up early to make breakfast for me. When I was little, she prepared my schoolbag. But now, she tells me to do it by mylf. Becau she thinks I have been old enough to do it. Besides, she always checks my homework. When I finish my homework, she checks it and points out the mistakes. She is very careful and helps me a lot. I love my mother.
