同学聚会邀请词[摘要]目的探讨酪蛋白磷酸肽-纳米无定形磷酸钙(CPP-ACP)在三聚磷酸钠(TPP)辅助下对脱矿牙本质片再矿化的影响。方法制备脱矿牙本质片实验模型并进行再矿化处理21d,根据处理方式不同分为CPP-ACP 再矿化组组)、CPP-ACP+TPP联合再矿化组(B组)、单独模拟唾液再矿化组(C组)、阴性对照组()组)以及阳性对照组(:组),通过衰减全反射-傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR),扫描电镜(SEM),透射电镜(TEM)以及X 射线能谱分析(:I)S)等方法评价各组的再矿化效果。结果AT'R-FT'IR检测结果显示.CPP-ACP在TPP辅助再矿化21d的脱矿牙本质样片与天然牙本质样片的红外图谱的峰位置及峰强度大致拟合;B组可以在脱矿的牙本质表面均匀沉积再矿化物,完成牙本质小管的封闭,且牙本质胶原纤维内可
见周期样“横纹”结构;B组再矿化后牙本质样片表面钙/磷元素摩尔比显著高于A、C、I)组,差异有显著性(F=19.27,P<0.05);B组与E组比较差异无显著性(P〉0.05)o结论CPP-ACP在TPP辅助下对脱矿牙本质片可以产生较理想的仿生再矿化效果。

ned remineralization group (groupB),simulatedsalivaremineralizationgroup(group C),negativecontrolgroup(group D),and positivecontrolgroup (group E).Attenuated total refection-Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(ATR-FTIR),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),transmissionelectron microscopy(TEM),andenergy-dispersive X-rayspectroscopy(EDS)wereudtoevaluatethe remineralization effect in each group.Results ATR-FTIR showed that in group B,after remineralization for21d,the peak po-sitionandpeakintensityintheinfraredspectrumofdemineralizeddentinsliceswereapproximatelyfi t edwiththoofnaturalden-tin slices.In group B,remineralization substances were deposited evenly on the surface of demineralized dentin to al the dentin tubules,and the periodic"stripe”structures could be en in the collagen fibers of dentin.Group B had a significantly higher calcium/ phosphorus molar ratio on the surface of remineralized dentin slices than groups A,C,and D(F=19.27,P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between group B and group E(P〉0.05).Conclusion CPP-ACP has an ideal bionic remineralization effect on demineralized dentin slices with the assistance of TPP.

仿生再矿化与仿生分子的选择密切相关,酪蛋白磷酸肽-纳米无定形磷酸钙(CPP-ACP)是从牛奶中经胰蛋白酶消化提取出来的多肽复合物⑺,是一种具有良好的生物相容性的仿生分子,可使钙和磷酸根离子保持过饱和浓度从而进入牙体脱矿区,起到抑制牙体脱矿以及促进再矿化的作用[8-10]。CPP-ACP以往多用于牙釉质的再矿化中,并取得了一定的再矿化效果[1113],但在牙本质的再矿化中报道较少,可能是由于单独使用CPP-ACP无法模拟牙本质的生物自然矿化过程,从而无法获得理想的再矿
