Test Result 757.2 691.2 718.3 731.6 200.10 150.72 Failed Failed Defective part was disasmbled, the plastic cover was removed and the PCB was cut off, the solder joint of the toroid coil center tap wires soldered on internal posts were inspected under 30x magnifications, obrved that the toroid coil terminal wires wrapped and soldered on the post which was connected to J3 to J6 was broke at the root of the solder joint (e illustration shown below).

To verify the failure mode, the broken portion of the wire was re-soldered to made connection with the post pin, and the PCB was replaced. Part pasd all electrical parameters tests.
Production main process such as Toroid coil winding àAsmbling & Soldering Visual inspection à Silicone coating and the manufactory process records for part with date code 1328 was audited without abnormity finding. But obrved that during manual asmbly process the wire may have chance to slightly stresd and damage accidentally when adjusting the toroid coil position after asmbling and soldering. Caud the wire was weaken and the wire was broken the field. Becau of the part exhibited good continuity condition during the in-hou electrical functional testing and pasd electrical testing process prior to shipment.
