1. Outline of LSI
This product is the LSI equipped with the drive timing pul generator of the 270-thousand to 470-thousand pixels CCD area nsor, each pul generator for the television signal, the signal processing function for converting to the video signal from the CCD image converted to digital signal, driver of Vertical transfer pul for the CCD and
AFE captured CDS, PGA, AD converter.
1.1. Feature
·Supply voltage: 4power sources of 15V, -8V, 3.3V, and 1.8V.
·It corresponds to the CCD of 270-thousand and 410-thousand pixels for NTSC,
320-thousand and 470-thousand pixels for PAL
·18MHz 12bit A/D converter is contained.
·Generating circuit for the CCD drive signal and various puls for television signals is contained.
·The analog image is outputted (10bit DA converter).
·NTSC/PAL are corresponded.
·YUV digital output (8bit x 2).
·Each parameter for camera signal processing is variable.
1.2. Functions of digital signal processing
·The automatic exposure control function is equipped.

·The brightness signal and the color signal gamma correction function is equipped independently.

·4K bit EEPROM Read/Write function for the adjustment parameter storage.

B16 FR O_4 Ret transistor gate clock pul output Connect to the appropriate terminal of CCD via the capacitor.
B17 ADCKD O_4 AD converter sampling clock output.  (Connect to the B5.)
B18 FH1 O_16 Horizontal shift register gate clock pul output. Connect to the appropriate terminal of CCD.
B19 VDDH_TG VDDH_TG Power source terminal for I/O. (3.3V)
B20 NC - Make open. (It connect with A19 and A20 inside)
C2 A VDD A VDD Analog power source terminal. (3.3V)
C3 CLP I Clamp control signal input.  (Connect to C12.)
C4 OBP I Pul input for the black level detection.  (Connect to B11.)
C5 RESETN I AFE ret input terminal.  (Active Low)
C6 DO10 O_1 AD converter output terminal bit10.  (Connect to C7.)
