摘要：PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RF (Radio Frequency) coil which enables to form uniform capacitance with high breakdown strength, and facilitates easy
adjustment of a resonance frequency.SOLUTION: The RF coil includes: a hollow cylindrical substrate; and conductor films each of which has on the substrate, multiple axial conductor parts to be arranged substantially in parallel with the center axis of the
substrate and at substantially equal interval and multiple branch conductor parts to be branched from the axial conductor parts. The branch conductor part of each conductor
film is arranged to face, at predetermined interval, the branch conductor parts of adjacent other conductor films. In this ca, it is favorable that the branch conductor parts are branched substantially vertically with respect to the axial conductor parts.
