浅析“禅”对少林武术的影响

摘 要
“禅”是佛教“禅那”的简称，梵语是 Dhyana。也有译为“弃恶”或“功德丛林”者。其意译为“思维修”或“静虑”。 言思维修是依因立名，意指一心思维研修为因，得以定心，故谓之思维修。言静虑者是依体立名。其禅那之体，寂静而具审虑之用者，故谓之静虑。静即定，虑即慧，定慧均等之妙体曰“禅那”，也就是
佛家一般讲的参禅。虚灵宁静，把外缘(外在事物)都摒弃掉，不受其影响；把神收回来，使精神返观自身(非肉身)即是“禅”。禅的风格确是相当独特的，所谓教外别传，不立文字，实是得其真机。但是由于禅门宗旨，并非人人能解，所以也常受人曲解。然而禅的机锋教化，都是明心见性之方，全是依人的本性而予以揭露。他的原则是建立在“众生皆有佛性，人人皆可成佛”的道理上。
中国的传统文化是一个以儒、释、道为主的多家文化的有机融合的开放型的文化系统。佛教的人生智慧是解脱的智慧，无执的智慧，启迪人们放弃外在的追逐，消解心灵上的偏执，破开自己的囚笼，直悟生命的本真。禅与人世间是不可分割的，禅讲顿悟，即世间人的觉悟。只有将禅的意味融入到日常生活中，随缘迁往，心注一境，就能明心见性，顿悟成佛。儒、道文化是中国土生土长起来的，而佛教是舶来品，禅思想传入中国以后，与中国传统的文化相合浸染、相合补充，形成了中国化的佛教，中国化的佛教具有印度佛教不具备的宽容性和世俗性，禅宗宣扬“见性成佛”和“顿悟成佛”，认为成佛在于一念领悟，毋须长期修行，禅以简单易行的修行方式，使传统佛教摆脱了繁琐、高深的理论和严格的修行戒律，迅速适应了中国社会，使佛教进一步世俗化，为禅武结合提供了理论依据，从而为少林武术的诞生奠定了基础。儿歌春天在哪里
禅武结合是少林武术区别于其它武术流派的最大特点，少林寺僧将习武作为修禅在一种法门。少林武术存在与以少林寺为核心的文化空间内，被少林寺僧人转化为修禅的方法。在少林武术作为僧人们学佛修禅的方式以后，僧人们又反过来将自己佛教徒的生活方式和精神追求融入到少林武术的修习中，
使少林武术的内涵和品质得到提升，达到“禅武合一”的境界。其少林武术追求“不修之修”与禅宗的“不修之修”相互融合，练习的极致是练就“不动心”。此种“不动心”既是一种智慧，更是一种坚定的信念，使习武者领悟无我的境界，在套路修习过程中，将自己对套路的理解表达出来，完全融入到运动中去，以求拳与道合、人与拳合、内与外合，达到“形神兼备”的忘我状态。禅是武的精神本质，武是禅的表现形式，以禅入武，便可达到少林武术的高层境界，也就是禅道。

少林武术是中华民族武术文化的重要组成部分，它是在少林寺这种特定的宗教文化环境的影响下产生和发展起来的，具有独特的社会功能和文化价值。少林武术最初是僧人们为求自保而采用的强身手段，在其长期的历史发展过程中，有机地融摄、吸收了佛教禅宗的理论学说，容纳了佛教禅宗的演习方法，使原本只有儒、道理论做支撑的中国传统武术，在经历了禅宗文化的洗礼后，形成了具有凸现特征的禅武文化，促进了中国传统武术的多元化发展。少林武术和禅思想的有机结合，形成了独具一格的禅武文化。禅文化的传入一方面促进了中国文化的多元化发展，另一方面禅宗的形成为少林武术提供了发展的空间。
本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和历史研究法，在对禅和少林武术的文化渊源上进行逻辑的分析和归纳总结，分析了禅对少林武术的影响及其在少林武术发展过程中的作用，从根本上找出禅与少林武如何自学画画
术的结合点和相互影响。愿能为当前少林武术研究提供一点参考意见，为少林武术文化的发展献上一点绵薄之力。关键词：少林武术；禅
