technical staff according to skills matrix by test that includes technical knowledge test
and practice test
岗位资格认证:为了解员工是否已胜任现有工作岗位,由内部培训讲师根据素质能力模型所做的员工岗位资格认证,包括两方面:a: 理论知识 b: 实践操作
3.5 Re-certification: A regular re-confirmation on an employee’s required knowledge and practical

5. STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE标准操作程序
5.1HR shall create career path for technical staff according to job grading structure and thereafter

人力资源部门根据职位等级制作员工的职业发展规划,待确定后经OM签字核准保存。
5.2 Department shall create skills matrix with support from HR; upon approval of functional head and
OM, the document will be retained
什么欲试各部门在人力资源部门协助下建立素质能力模型并将素质能力模型经职能部门经理及运营经理签字核准保存。
5.3 HR shall arrange training according to skills matrix and implement accordingly
人力资源部门按照素质能力模型制定培训计划并执行
5.4 Certification
资格认证
5.4.1 HR shall arrange certification bad on skills matrix and implement accordingly
人力资源部门按照素质能力模型进行认证
5.4.2 Certification shall include two parts: Theory -30% and practical – 70% whereby total score
must be 80 marks or above; employees who fail the first test shall be re-trained and re-
tested. Employees who fail the 2nd test shall be considered for a job transfer to other
stations
资格认证包括两方面:理论知识占30%,实践操作占70%,合格分数为80分以上(含80
分); 第一次考核不合格的员工重新参加培训后进行第二次考核;两次考核不合格的员工调
离至其他岗位
5.4.3 Technical staff shall be awarded a certificate to certify their qualification
合格员工应予以颁发岗位证书

5.5 Re-certification
资格再认证
The Certificate shall be valid for one year from the issue date. Before the expiry date of the certificate, Dep. shall conduct re-certification asssment on the affected employee and issue updated certificate
员工岗位证书有效期为一年,在岗位证书到期日之前由各部门对员工进行重新考核认证并重新颁发岗位证书
5.6 Technical Staff Certification Status Roster shall be maintained by HR until a period when a
revid version is introduced
《技术类员工认证状况统计表》由HR保存直至有更新版本
Competence practical asssment shall be maintained by HR for one year
《实践操作考核表》由HR保存一年
