The parts must exhibit a uniform surface structure (smooth, no pimples, or other unevenness) and color and must be free of grea, dust, and mold relea agents.阿凡达剧情详解
Processing defects, e.g., cracks, holes, inclusions, dents, blisters, laminations, surface tackiness,other surface defects, or mechanical damage, are not permissible.
Adhesive joints or vulcanizing must exhibit no misalignment faults, burr formation, porosity, or other flaws.
The surface quality and color of vulcanized or bonded molded parts must be adapted to match the extruded areas. Transitions must be smooth and free of sink marks and bulges. Transitions from the extrudate to the molded part as well as the molded part itlf must not exhibit any sink marks,rubber residues, or bulges.

The encapsulation thickness of metal inrts in als must be at least 0,7 mm to ensure reliable processing.
The paintwork must be applied evenly and must not exhibit any flaws in appearance.
Flock coatings must have an even surface density and color appearance and be free of recogniza‐ble excess adhesive and adhesive residues.
On products with straps/metal inrts that have elastomer jackets, the jackets must not rip open at a bending stress greater than r = 20 mm.
For products to be bonded, e.g., aling frames for window enclosures, the u of additives that can have a negative impact on the bonding process is impermissible.
There must be proper bonding between EPDM and other material components.
Excess adhesive application beyond the area of the bonding surface is not permissible for adhe‐sive joints. The full bonding or welding surface area must be ud for the joint.
If the width of the molded part joint or molded part closing area is larger than 4 mm, the area must be additionally coated with flock, coextruded sliding layer, or anti-friction coating. Alternatively, anti-friction TPE must be ud so that there is no profile surface in the visible or functional area that could give ri to complaints.
The material must be abrasion-resistant. Friction must not cau black traces on the surface of the opposing body.

100% polyester, 100% polyamide 6, 100% polyamide 66, all spin-dyed. Color, titer, and length as per drawing.
