引言
2020年2月11日,国际病毒分类委员会将引起不明病毒性肺炎疫情的病毒命名为严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2,SARS-CoV-2)[1]。同日,WHO将SARS-CoV-2感染引起的疾病命名为2019冠状病毒疾病(Coronavirus Dia 2019,COVID-19)[2]。该病毒潜伏期长,传染性强,快速诊断排查是控制疫情的必要手段;肺部CT扫描作为COVID-19最具代表性、准确率最高的诊断排查方式之一,首次将放射科推到了防疫一线[3]。

作为重庆市年接诊量最大的综合性三甲医院,如何顺利开展检查,杜绝交叉感染,成为目前的首要工作。放射科接诊来自全院各科室的病人,做好感控管理,加强消毒工作是保护医患的重要手段[4]。此次我科根据医院整体安排联合发热门诊设置了肺炎专用CT机房,并严格执行消毒工作。针对机器设备的表面擦拭消毒目前并没有最优选择,推荐较多是含氯消毒制剂和75%乙醇[5]。而我科一师开头的成语

[摘 要] 目的 分析对比三种常用消毒方式对放射科肺炎专用CT机器消毒的可行性和安全性,为新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间针对机器设备的消毒工作提供依据。方法 分别采用0.05%含氯消毒制剂、75%乙醇、双链季铵盐消毒湿巾,对肺炎专用CT 机进行擦拭消毒。采用ATP生物荧光检测法对消毒效果进行检测,并通过Wilicxon秩和检验评价三种擦拭方法消毒的前后差异有效性。结果 0.05%含氯消毒制剂(A组)、75%乙醇(B组)、双链季铵盐消毒湿巾(C组)消毒前后的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),且C组消毒后的ATP检测值方差最低。但A组、B组分别与C组之间,均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 三种消毒剂均能达到良好的消毒效果,但季铵盐消毒湿巾消毒效果更稳定,操作便捷,可提高操作人员的依从性。且其低腐蚀性、低刺激性更能保障人员及设备的安全,值得在疫情期间推广使用。

Analysis on the Disinfection Effect of Different Methods on CT Machine for Pneumonia  During the Epidemic Period of Coronavirus Dia 2019

Methods The 0.05% chlorine-containing disinfectant (A group), 75% ethanol (B group) and double-chain quaternary ammonium salt (C group) were ud to sterilize the CT machine for pneumonia respectively in our department. ATP bioluminescence was ud to detect the disinfection effect, and the significance of three wiping methods was evaluated by Wilcox-test. Results There were statistical differences before and after disinfection in A, B and C group, but the opposite was true between the groups (P>0.05). In addition, the variance of A TP detection value after disinfection was the lowest in C group, but the disinfection effect of C group was the most robust. Conclusion All three disinfectants can achieve good disinfection effect, but C group is convenient to work and the disinfection effect is stable, which can improve the compliance of operators.
