Through the experimental verification, the strength of the plastic outer pipe is determined as the main influencing factor. 精功科技完成首条千吨级碳纤维生产线国产化
Jinggong Technology completed the localization of the first 1,000-ton carbon fiber production line
浙江精功科技宣布，截止到目前已先后完成1条500 t 级碳纤维生产线的升级改造和4条千吨级高性能生产线的交钥匙工程。
2020年交付的千吨线，是精功科技最新推出的2 500 t 级25K/50K 大丝束碳纤维生产线，为吉林精功碳纤维有限公司定制，系国内首条接近全国产化的千吨级别生产线。
整线除卷绕机外，其余全部由精功科技自主完成设计、制造、安装和调试，包括放丝纱架、原丝机械手、加湿系统、预氧炉、高低温碳化炉、表面电解机、水洗机、干燥机、上浆机、非接触干燥机、热定型机、分丝装置、驱动装置、钢结构平台、张力系统、整线控制系统、安全系统、管道系统、废气处理和余热回收系统、碳丝自动打包系统等。

基本国策有哪些为确保质量可控，精功科技下设精密制造公司，整线多数零部件都由自己公司完成加工制作，避免了多个供应商相互推诿。最终，该生产线于项目启动后9个月内完工并一次性满负荷开车成功，在国产降本的同时，实现了同规格生产线史上最短工期，避免了早期调试期间大量碳纤维和原材料的浪费，极大地为用户提升了投资效率和市场效益。
该生产线实际运行速度达16 m/min, 年可产碳纤维2 500 t 。
为杜绝以往常规装备在国产化后性能配置降低等现象，本次国产化在早前千吨线的基础上做了大幅度升级，并在配置方面坚持与国际一流装备齐平，成功打造出了最具性价比的碳纤维生产线。
刘华清追悼会同时，多项创新清理技术的在线应用，延长了生产线单次稳定运行周期，减少了停机率和检修率，尤其是高低温碳化炉单次运行周期在满负荷工况下可达60天。
除2 500 t 级碳纤维生产线外，精功科技也正在根据市场需求推出定制化产线，目前正在建设的1 m 幅宽1K/3K/6K 小丝束碳纤维生产线。
除此之外，精功科技目前正在筹备吉林4条大碳化线的建设工作和大丝束预氧炉的定制工作。
2020年初，精功科技顺利在韩国完成2 000 t 级高性能碳纤维生产线配套之预氧炉的交付，其两项关键技术指标（风速均匀性和温度均匀性）均达国际一流水平，为精功科技今后在海外建设碳纤维整线
项目打下了坚实的基础。
