摘要：PURPOSE:To prevent a drop in a degree of vacuum within a vacuum container becau of a gas relead from a toroidal coil by arranging a toroidal coil made of ferromagnetic rings divided in plurality outside the vacuum container. CONSTITUTION:Ceramic rings 12 forming a vacuum container are interpod at a metal part of a vacuum container 11. First and cond ferrite rings 13a and 13b divided in two are mounted outside the ceramic rings and a winding 14 is wound to form a toroidal coil. The ferrite rings 13a and 13b are shielded with electromagnetically shielded cas 16a and 16b. An electron beam travelling in the direction of the arrow 1 caus a leakage flux at the part of the ceramic rings 12, which is detected with the toroidal coil and introduced to a detection system such as oscilloscope or the like to monitor a current.
