SB203580也写作SB 203580或SB-203580,是一种常用的p38 MAPK抑制剂。SB203580可以通透细胞,抑制p38 MAPK (p38 MAP kina),抑制后续MAPKAP Kina-2和MAPKAP Kina-3的激活。通过抑制p38 MAPK,SB203580可以有效抑制一些炎症因子(如IL-1β、TNF-α)诱导的部分信号转导。SB203580选择性抑制p38 MAPK,IC50为600 n M;对于JNK/SAPK和p44/42 MAPK (即Erk1/2)无显著的抑制作用,IC50仅为100 μM。
