inner sleeve rod being sleeved in the outer sleeve rod, and the two being able to telescope relative to each other; and the claw compris a first claw (1A1) and a cond claw (1B1), the first claw being arranged at an upper end portion of the inner sleeve rod, the cond claw being arranged at an upper end portion of the outer sleeve rod, the first claw being of a U-shaped structure, the cond claw being of a U-shaped structure, and a jaw (1C) being formed between the first claw and the cond claw. When the inner sleeve rod and the outer sleeve rod telescope relative to each other, the width of the jaw changes, the jaw is snap-fitted with a circular handle (2), and the handle body is pushed to make the circular handle rotate, thereby realizing the opening or closing of a valve. The handle has a rational structure and is simple to manufacture. Since the force acts on the handle body during operation, the handle body plays a role of a lever, so that the operation is more labor-saving.
