登录正确网址
访问中国银行网站时请直接输入网址登录，中国银行网址：www.boc
登录真正的中国银行网上银行后您将看到您预留的欢迎信息。
请小心识别虚假网站，若有任何怀疑，请立即致电中国银行客户服务热线与我们联系。
保护好您的用户名和密码
在任何情况下，中国银行不会向您查询密码。在任何情况下都不要将您的密码告诉他人（包括银行员工或警方），不要轻信任何套取网上银行用户名（登录卡号）和密码的行为，不法分子可能通过电子邮件、信函、电话、手机短信等方式向您索要银行卡号、用户名和密码。若有任何怀疑，请立即致电中国银行客户服务热线或通过网上银行系统提供的信件互动与我们联系。
密码避免选用容易猜测的数字或字母组合，例如您的出生日期、电话号码、汽车牌号等。请尽量使用由数字和字母（大小写）组成的不易被破译的密码。单亲妈妈2
客户应避免使用同一个密码登入其它网上服务（ 例如用作连接互联网，或email密码等）。
请定期更改您的网上银行登录密码。
请不要将您的用户名和密码书写于纸张或卡片上，不要将您的用户名和密码告知任何人或在使用时接受陌生人的建议。
切勿向任何未能核实其身份或任何可疑网站提供个人资料（例如身份证件或护照上的数据、地址或银行账户等）。
请妥善保管您的动态口令牌（E-Token）及其他认证工具，如果不慎遗失，请立即与我行联系办理相关挂失、补办等手续。
网银操作中注意事项：
不要在公共场所（如网吧、公共图书馆等）使用网上银行，以防止这些计算机可能装有恶意的监测程序，或被他人窥视。

请仔细查看欢迎页面上的“登入记录”和实际登录情况是否相符，以便于您及时发现异常情况。以免被欺诈电邮或网站混淆或欺骗。

使用中国银行网银CA证书的客户，请在中国银行网上银行登录页面点击“CA根证书”、“网银二级CA证书”下载并安装。
通过浏览器收藏夹功能中的银行网站登录时，在确定储存在浏览器收藏夹功能中的银行网站正确后，才使用该收藏的网站登入网站。
识别虚假网站的方法：虚假电邮或网站（例如经载于虚假电邮的超级链接）会利用不同方法使有关电邮或网站看似真实，这些方法包括：(i) 套用真实网站的图像； (ii)将客户转链接至真正的网站，让客户与有关的真正银行接通，而不知道其个人数据可能正在经过虚假网站；(iii)利用一些域名，其与有关银行的域名很接近，或可能会被视作为银行的域名。
动物电影在每次使用网上银行后，请点击页面右上角的“退出”按钮，再关闭浏览器结束使用。
切勿在未退出网上银行服务前离开电脑。
请为您所使用的计算机设定密码，以防止他人擅自盗用您的资料。

保障计算机安全小玩熊
安装防火墙以防止他人对您所使用的电脑的未授权访问，特别是在您通过宽带或调制解调器连通时。
请您定期下载安装最新的操作系统和浏览器安全程序或补丁。
安装并及时更新个人防火墙软件和杀毒软件，以免被计算机病毒及恶性程序入侵。
每次操作完毕后清除浏览器里的历史记录，特别是当您在使用公用电脑时，这样可以保证您的账户信息不会遗留在该台电脑中。
不要查看任何不明来历的电子邮件，不能通过邮件链接登录网银。
使用最新的Microsoft Internet Explorer或支持128加密技术的浏览器版本。如果您使用Internet Explorer，建议您关闭“自动完成”功能以防止卡号和密码被存储。
1． 打开您的 Internet Explorer ，点击“工具”>>“Internet选项”>> “内容”。
2． 在“个人信息”下点击“自动完成”。
3．去掉“表单上的用户名和密码”前面的勾并点击“清除密码”。

If you have any question, plea contact us immediately by calling the customer rvice hotline or the interactive letter rvice provided by our Internet banking system. Avoid using alpha-numeric character combinations that can be easily guesd at as your password. Examples are: your birthday, telephone number, or automobile plate number. Plea u the alpha-numeric character combinations (capital or small letter) difficult to be deciphered as password.
Plea avoid using the same password to login other internet rvices, for example, internet access or email etc.
Plea change your Internet banking login password regularly.
Plea do not write down your urname and password on paper. Do not divulge your urname and password to anyone nor accept suggestions for your urname/password combination from other parties.

Points for attention in operation of Internet banking:
Do not access your online banking in public places such as net café or public library; unfamiliar computers may be installed with malicious monitoring programs to trap your urname and password. Moreover, your keyboard operation may be open to the stealthy obrvation of strangers.
When you login to online banking, plea examine carefully the Previous Logon Time on the welcome page and make sure that it complies with your recollection of your last login time to avoid being confud or cheated by malicious email or website.
Plea make sure to login the correct website by checking the website certificate. You may check the digital certificate (Verisign) by choosing “Tools->Internet Options -> content -> certificates” of your Internet Explorer.
When you log in for the first time, plea download and install the "curity control" on the login page of BOC online banking. Do not download and install any "curity control" from other unclear website.
When you u CA certificate, Plea download and install “CA Root certificate”、“CA Secondary certificate” on the login page of BOC online banking.
Plea make sure the favorite website address is correct before you login the online banking system with the website address stored in the Favorites folder of your Internet Explorer.
The method to identify fake or malicious website: malicious email or website us different disguis
to make them looked correct. The disguis include: i) u the images of the genuine website. ii) redirect customer to the genuine website, and intercept customer’s data flowing through the fake website during the communication between the customer and the bank . iii) u similar domain name which may be fally recognized as the domain name of genuine bank website.
Every time you finish with online banking, plea always choo Exit on the top right-hand corner of the system and then clo the browr.
If you need to leave your computer for any reason, plea log-out of online banking by clicking Exit on the top right-hand corner of the system.
Plea t a password for your computer to cure the information in it.
Plea check your account balance before and after you finish the online transactions. Moreover, we suggest that you check your accounts regularly. If you have any trouble or discover any abnormal situation, plea contact us through our customer rvice hotline.
Guarantee the curity of computer
Plea install personal firewall software to protect your computer from unauthorized access. This is
especially important if your computer is connected to the Internet through wide band or a DSL modem. Plea regularly download and install the up-to-date operating system and browr curity programs or patches.
Plea install and regularly update personal firewall and anti-virus software to prevent computer from virus intrusion.
Every time you finish with online banking, plea delete the cache and history records in your browr--this is of utmost important in situations where you have to u a public computer--so that your account information will not remain in the computer.
Plea do not view any unidentified email and do not login online banking system through linkage from email.
Plea u the latest Microsoft Internet Explorer that supports 128Bit -encryption. If you u Internet Explorer as your browr, we suggest that you should clo the function 'Auto Finish' to prevent your card number and password from being saved in the computer.
