无领导小组讨论和结构化面试、文件筐、角色扮演等都属于评价中心常用的一种无角色自由讨论的测
评形式。无领导小组讨论最早起源于二战时期，目前在国外选拔管理人才中使用该测评技术已达到了59%。近年来，我国一些企事业单位也开始在高层次人才的选拔中运用该技术。公务员录用考试中和一些地方的部门也越来越多逐渐采用该种方式来进行选拔。

本文通过对A大学商学院工商管理系学生无领导小组讨论设计与模拟实验进行分析，确定出无领导小组讨论面试的整个设计流程、实施流程以及评分标准，并进行实施运用得出评价结果，给出在面试时需要注意的问题和改进建议。

Leaderless Group Discussion, Structured Interview,Document basket and role-playing are the form of the common without role freely belong to the evaluation center. Leaderless Group Discussion is first begin Word War Ⅱ，now this asssment technology is applying in foreign lection management has reached 59 percent. In recent years, some Chine enterpris and institution also apply this asssment technology in the high-level personnel lection, and also in the civil rvants employed and local and departmental.
