SOLUTION: A cylindrical header part 2 concentric with a fuel gas conduction pipe 1 and larger in diameter than the fuel gas conduction pipe 1 is provided at a distal end of the fuel gas conduction pipe 1 and with an air supply flow passage 12 surrounding the fuel gas conduction pipe 1, a baffle plate 4 concentric with the fuel gas conduction pipe 1 is provided around the fuel gas conduction pipe airflow-upstream of the cylindrical header part 2. The baffle plate 4 is provided with a plurality of primary air jet holes 7 at a portion who distance from a center axis of the fuel gas conduction pipe 1 is shorter than the distance from a center axis of the cylindrical header part 2 to a circumferential wall thereof and with a plurality of condary air jet holes 8 at a portion who distance from the center axis of the fuel gas conduction pipe 1 is longer than the distance from the center axis of the cylindrical header part 2 to the circumferential wall.
