摘要：PURPOSE:To facilitate the periodical replacement of bypass capacitor while removing nois of an IC to be tested sufficiently by providing a conduction path with an electronic component mounting protrusion and an auxiliary conduction path. CONSTITUTION:A contactor pin 1a with an electronic component mounting protrusion 5 and a contactor pin 1b without the protrusion 5 are mounted on a ba 3 and a lead of a bypass capacitor 6 is soldered at the tip of the protru sion 5. Then, when an IC 7 to be tested is presd downward in contact with a contact surface 2 of the pin 1a, the pin 1a conducts to the IC 7 in contact therewith at a fixed pressure while the protrusion of an auxiliary conduction path 4 deflects getting in contact with the tip of the pin 1a to cure a short- range contact conduction path and an electric testing of the IC7 is implemented. Thus, the bypass capacitor is mounted near the IC to be tested thereby achieving a higher noi removing effect while facilitating the periodical replacement of the bypass capacitor.
